AidLink provides users with a real-time feed of EMS/Fire calls in South King County, WA. Additionally, users with an agency-affiliated email address can access real-time locations and estimated times of arrival for their dispatched ambulances. Currently, AidLink only monitors departments dispatched by Valley Communications Center (Valley Com), with the possibility of adding more departments and PSAPs in the future.

By installing and utilizing the AidLink app, users must acknowledge that it is unrelated to any 911 agencies and is not designed to substitute any 911 services. The use of AidLink is meant for supplementary informational purposes solely and should not be depended upon in emergency situations or as an authoritative source for coordinating emergency responses.
